And even more if you are physically active (like yoga!)Dirk Muirhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09466770610765668642noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8715154140461114214.post-60982736823050984672010-09-26T21:59:44.664-04:002010-09-26T21:59:44.664-04:00I'm remembering to keep drinking water - thank...I'm remembering to keep drinking water - thanks for sharing your stories! I just thought that was the way I was until one of the people who worked at the clinic suggested that I drink water next time. Lo and behold, I'm still not as quick as hubby, but 15 minutes is typical now. <br />So now I drink water whenever I give blood. That should be enough, right?Finola Francishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17028162733947242546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8715154140461114214.post-10052723341645529362010-09-24T06:45:23.676-04:002010-09-24T06:45:23.676-04:00thanks for posting this... water truly is such an ...thanks for posting this... water truly is such an amazing thing. we're all made up of 70% water (?)... so makes sense that we need to keep the supply replenished. Mainly because I had to drink an entire high glucose softdrink and allow enough time for the liquid to get into my blood stream. That took two hours alone. The other two hours were to retest without the sugar... But now we know, drink before blood tests!Moonshinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01697883938987230304noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8715154140461114214.post-91060913747556992322010-09-22T13:54:05.519-04:002010-09-22T13:54:05.519-04:00I believe the power of water.
